Signature Lash Plan – Terms & Conditions

The Signature Lash Plan is a one-time upfront payment of $350 and includes 4 x 2-week refill appointments.

All appointments must be used within 9 weeks of purchase. This allows some flexibility for rescheduling but ensures consistency in maintenance.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of that appointment.

No-shows will result in the forfeiture of that appointment.

The Signature Lash Plan is non-refundable and non-transferable.

It is not recommended that you are waxed if any of the following applies to you:

? You've had the following treatments within the last 2 weeks: microdermabrasion, chemical/enzyme peels, laser, skin needling, injectables in the area or eye brow tattooing

? You are on any blood thinning and/or skin thinning medication including (but not limited to): roaccutane and warfarin.You need to be off these medications for 6 MONTHS before you are able to be waxed safely

? You are using any skin care products containing: vitamin A, retinol/retin-A, AHA'S (Glycolic acid, lactic acid, etc), salicylic acid, topical antibiotics, benzoyl peroxide, bleaching agents for hair and skin, skin exfoliants, any other skin thinning products. If you use any of these ingredients please discontinue use AT LEAST 7 DAYS before AND after you are waxed.

? You have skin conditions such as: eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, lesions/sores, open wounds, apparent keloids scarring, hypertopic scarring, sunburn or very dry skin

? You have contagious skin diseases such as: herpes, simplex, chicken pox or shingles

? If you have medical conditions such as: diabestes, epilepsy, haemophillia, blood clotting disorders, disorders resulting in the over or under production of skin growth

Getting waxed while having any of these conditions can cause reactions such as: hives, burns, skin lifting and folliculitis.
