Before continuing please read the following policies:
Payment Policy:
When making a booking with Lashed by Holly-Rose (LBHR) you will be prompted to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking and the remaining amount is to be paid on the day via direct debit or cash. If you are paying cash please ensure it is the exact amount.
After hours Policy:
Appointments after 5:00pm will incur a $5 fee for every 30 minutes past 5:00pm. For example if your appointment is 5:00pm-6:00pm then there will be a $10 after hour fee. It is also important to note that public holidays have a surcharge of $20 which also applies to any other appointments agreed upon outside business hours.
Appointment Policy:
48 hours prior to your appointment every client will receive a booking confirmation text which has the address and appointment details attached.
New clients must fill out consultation forms before their appointment which are sent out with the reminder text. It is your responsibility to inform LBHR of any contraindications.
Please do not park in the drive way, there are plenty of car parks directly across from LBHR.
No plus ones to your appointments due to limited space (unless you are a minor and your parent wishes to attend the appointment, however, please let us know prior to the appointment).
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the booking you will forfeit your deposit.
No Show Policy:
Doing a no-show will forfeit 100% of the appointment amount. This fee will automatically be charged to the account details you have saved on file. If this is repeated 3 times you will be blacklisted.
Late Policy:
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are under 10 minutes late you will incur a $10 late fee, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled and the no show penalty will be applied.
Client Policy:
Come to your appointments with the treatment area free of any makeup.
LBHR does not refill other lash techs work so if you have a set of extensions on by another lash tech you will need to book in for a removal and then book a full set of extensions with LBHR on a seperate day. Please note: lash removals and extensions should not be done on the same day.
Refund Policy:
Lashed by Holly-Rose does not issue refunds for any service, however, if you are not satisfied with the service we urge you to reach out so we can discuss a solution to the problem.
Please understand and respect the business policies of LBHR. By continuing with your booking it means that you have read and agree to the above policies and you understand that failing to comply with these polices may result in you forfeiting your appointment and having to pay the booking amount.
